I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oklahoma, Oregon, & North Dakota experienced guiding a diverse client population through a wide variety of mental health difficulties due to my primary experience as a provider in a community mental health center. I am a holistic practitioner focusing on all three aspects of health, as all three domains of health (mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual health) affect each other. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and a sex positive/kink friendly therapist. I am also knowledgeable and supportive in the use of medical cannabis in managing mental health disorders. I enjoy helping people clarify their goals, providing them the tools needed to achieve those goals and thrive, living the life they want.
